The Wartrakks are lightweight Ork skirmish vehicles, each a single fat wheel and a grinding caterpillar track slapped together beneath a platform of heavy weaponry and a couple of grinning crew. Built for speed and for mounting guns too heavy for a warbike, they scramble over rubble and shell-holes that would bog down a proper tank, using their agility to worry at the enemy's edges.
Most carry a twin big shoota to hose infantry with a torrent of fire, while their scorcha-armed cousins prefer to swoop in close and bathe a position in flame before roaring away untouched. A pack of Wartrakks fights like a swarm of biting flies, darting in from unexpected angles, loosing a burst and vanishing into the dust before the foe can draw a bead.
The crews are Speed Freeks through and through, addicted to the thrill of the ride and the racket of their guns, and they treat every engagement as equal parts battle and demolition derby. Individually flimsy, in numbers the Wartrakks are a genuine menace, screening the bigger machines, running down fleeing troops and never, ever holding still long enough to be an easy target.
