The short, readable rules for using Warhammerism.

Last updated:

Draft notice: this document is an operational draft describing how the site works today. It has not yet been reviewed by the site owner or a lawyer and is not legal advice.

What this site is

Warhammerism is an unofficial, fan-made reference for the Warhammer settings. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or approved by Games Workshop. Warhammer, Warhammer 40,000, and all associated names, characters, races, and imagery are ™ and/or © Games Workshop Limited. No challenge to their status is intended.

Our content

All encyclopedia text and site design are original works and remain our copyright. Artwork is original fan interpretation created for this site (see About § artwork). You may quote brief excerpts with attribution and a link; you may not republish substantial portions, scrape the site, or present our content as official Games Workshop material.

Accuracy and no warranty

Content is provided “as is,” for reference and entertainment. Lore summaries are interpretations of a fictional setting; tool outputs (probability calculators, converters, rankings) are estimates or editorial opinion, not official rules guidance. We work to keep things accurate — report problems via corrections — but we make no warranties and accept no liability for decisions made from site content.

Your submissions

Comments and other submissions must be your own work and lawful. You keep ownership of what you write, and grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the site. Comments are moderated and may be declined or removed at our discretion. Don’t post spam, harassment, others’ private information, or content that infringes anyone’s rights.

Acceptable use

  • No attempts to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access.
  • No automated bulk scraping of content or media.
  • No misrepresenting the site or its content as official.

Ads and affiliate links

The site may display clearly-labeled advertising and affiliate links — see the affiliate disclosure. Purchases happen on the retailer’s site under the retailer’s terms.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be visible on this page. Questions and disputes: contact us via the corrections page.
