The Grot Mega-Tank is what happens when the downtrodden grots get their spindly hands on real tools and a genuine grievance, a lumbering armoured box positively encrusted with weapons and crewed entirely by the little greenskins. Denied the biggest and best kit by their Ork masters, the grots make up for it with sheer quantity, bolting on kannons, mega-blastas, big shootas and rokkits until the tank can barely move for the weight of dakka.
What it lacks in finesse it makes up in volume, hosing the battlefield with a chaotic storm of fire as the grot crew squabble over the triggers and each tries to outdo the others. The machine is cramped, unreliable and prone to alarming mechanical tantrums, but a well-aimed salvo from a Grot Mega-Tank can gut an enemy vehicle or scythe down a squad in an instant, earning its diminutive crew a rare and precious moment of respect.
Grots being grots, they drive it with reckless abandon, hooting with delight at every explosion, keenly aware that the moment the guns fall silent an Ork will likely take the fine machine for himself. So they keep firing, and the tank keeps rattling forward.
