Flash Gitz are an elite and thoroughly obnoxious breed of Nob, greenskins grown rich and vain enough to pour their fortunes into one grand obsession: their guns. Where most Nobz prize being bigger and stompier, a Flash Git prizes dakka above all, lavishing teef on a lovingly customised, gaudily painted, endlessly tinkered-with weapon called a snazzgun. No two snazzguns are alike, each one over-engineered and over-decorated to its owner's exact taste, and each capable of shredding whole squads in a single extravagant burst of fire.
All that swagger comes at a social cost. Flash Gitz are show-offs of the highest order, flaunting their wealth and their weaponry with a brashness that grates even on other Nobz, and more than a few find themselves booted out of their tribes for being insufferably rich and insufferable in general. Cut loose, they almost inevitably drift toward the pirate life, which is why it is said that while not every Freebooter is a Flash Git, every Flash Git ends up a Freebooter sooner or later.
A particularly successful Flash Git may set himself up as a Kaptin, festooned with looted finery, a gitfinda squig perched nearby to help line up his shots, and perhaps a bionic arm ending in a cutlass for when the shooting gets personal. Whether raiding under their own colours or hiring their guns to the highest bidder, Flash Gitz bring a warband a concentration of ranged firepower few other Ork units can match, delivered with all the subtlety of a fireworks display.
