Prosecutors

Prosecutors are winged warriors of the Stormcast Eternals. Their modern depiction connects their aerial role with the damage repeated death and Reforging can do to a Stormcast soul. The official 2024 introduction explains why many Prosecutors now serve in the Ruination chambers rather than presenting them simply as carefree flying scouts.[1]

The Cursed Skies and Reforging[edit]

Be'lakor's Cursed Skies can trap Stormcast souls and prevent their return to Azyr. Prosecutors are especially exposed because they fight in the air. The official account associates repeated compromised Reforgings with the transfer of many Prosecutors to the Ruination chambers. Their Thunderstrike armour helps them break through the barrier when they fall.[1]

What changed between depictions[edit]

The 2024 release announcement explicitly describes the move from the Warrior Chamber to the Ruination Chamber.[2] This matters when comparing older miniature ranges, publications and contemporary stories: an older organizational description is not necessarily evidence that a newer account is wrong.

The contrast is useful for understanding the faction's central cost. Flight gives these warriors a striking visual identity, while their exposure to the skies makes their repeated return to battle a source of danger as well as power. That reading is an interpretation of the linked account, not an additional claim about an individual Prosecutor's personality.

Reading and playing[edit]

For background, start with the two official articles in References and the faction overview. For a game, use the current rules for your chosen format. A historical model reveal establishes what was announced in 2024; it does not establish today's points, abilities or list restrictions. The rules-checking guide explains how to find those documents.
