Smaller and more agile than their Crisis counterparts, Stealth battlesuits trade raw firepower for the ability to approach an enemy unseen. Their hulls are wrapped in sophisticated photon countermeasures and holographic distortion fields that scatter both visual observation and augur returns, allowing pilots to slip past sentries and picket lines that would spot any conventional battlesuit long before it came into range.
Stealth teams are typically tasked with the empire's most delicate battlefield problems: eliminating enemy command elements, sabotaging critical war engines, or securing a flank before the main Fire caste advance arrives. Their pilots are drawn from Fire caste warriors who favor patience and precision over the more overt heroics prized elsewhere, and a Stealth team's success is measured less by the damage it inflicts than by how completely its presence goes unnoticed until it is far too late.
