The Bonegrinder Gargant is among the largest of the free giants to answer the call of the Sons of Behemat, a titan so vast it dwarfs even the Mancrushers that stride at its heels. Where lesser gargants stand a house tall, a Bonegrinder looms like a walking hill, its every footfall a small earthquake that pulps armoured men and grinds their bones to meal in the churned earth. These giants are mercenaries at heart, lured into a tribe's service by promises of livestock, plunder and the sheer joy of stamping on smaller things, and they wander the realms selling their bulk to whoever can feed them. In battle a Bonegrinder is a living siege-engine, tearing the tops from towers, swatting monsters from the sky and wading through massed ranks as a man wades through long grass. There is no subtlety to it and none is needed: when something this enormous decides you are in its way, the only question left is how quickly.
