The Legion Sicaran Battle Tank answered the Tenth Legion's creed in its own fashion, a swift and advanced hunter whose accelerator autocannons loosed a torrent of shells with the tireless regularity the Iron Hands admired in all things mechanical. Where other Legions valued its speed, the Xth valued its relentlessness, the way the machine ground on and on, running down armour and infantry with a patience no living crew could match. The Iron Hands maintained their Sicarans with the devotion of the Mechanicum's own, tending each system as a thing half-sacred, and fielded them as reliable executioners that would neither tire nor waver. It was a weapon that killed by attrition as much as by fire. Through the wars of the Heresy the Sicarans of the Xth pursued the traitors without pause or mercy, machine-steady where the grief of the shattered clans might otherwise have burned too hot.
