The Knight Valiant is a super-heavy war engine of the towering Dominus-class, its every system fed by a dual plasma core that grants it firepower and resilience far beyond the Questoris and Cerastus patterns. It is slower than its lesser cousins, ponderous even, yet it carries armour of such thickness and weapons of such devastating potency that it can wade unflinching into the very heart of the enemy and serve as the anvil upon which an assault is broken.
In one fist the Valiant hefts the Conflagration Cannon, a fearsome apparatus of three Knight-grade flamers bound together and fed from armoured reservoirs of promethium; when unleashed it looses an inescapable firestorm that washes across the battlefield and reduces all it touches to drifting ash. In the other it bears the Thundercoil Harpoon, a strange and terrible weapon, a vast adamantium spear rigged with pneumatic grapnels and bound by heavy chains to an electrothaumic generator, so that it may be hurled into a foe and hauled back to strike again and again. Once the harpoon has struck home, the Noble triggers the generator, and screaming arcs of electrogheist energy leap along the chain to cook a monstrous beast within its own hide or to overload the machinery of an enemy war engine. Carapace-mounted shieldbreaker missiles, siegebreaker cannons and paired meltaguns complete its arsenal, ensuring that nothing, however armoured or however vast, is truly safe within the Valiant's reach.
