Unlike the sarcophagus-bound war machines of other Chapters, the Dreadknight is piloted by a living, fully aware warrior whose psychic gifts are magnified by the suit's sacred workings. This union of mind and machine makes it a weapon of terrifying versatility, able to smash through fortifications, cut down elite infantry, and banish daemonic lords with equal ferocity.
When a Dreadknight strides onto the field, it is a declaration that the Chapter faces a threat of the highest order. Its arrival turns the tide of the most desperate battles, a silver titan striding through the ranks of the damned to break the back of the enemy.
