The Deathshrieker Rocket Launcher is a weapon designed to kill the spirit before the body. Its rockets are forged with shrieking daemon-heads and hollow whistles that howl as they arc through the sky, and the sound alone — a chorus of damned voices falling from the heavens — has broken the nerve of soldiers the warheads never even touched.
Where they land, the horror only deepens. Each rocket bursts in a spray of fire and shrapnel, and the Chaos Dwarf crews can loose blistering barrages that walk across an enemy formation in gouts of flame and screaming metal. Cranked, aimed, and blessed by a hobgoblin gun-crew under the cruel eye of a dawi-zharr overseer, the Deathshrieker is as much an instrument of terror as of slaughter. The Chaos Dwarfs prize it for both: an enemy who flees in blind panic is an enemy who need not be killed the hard way, and a battlefield sown with shrieking fire is precisely the sort of music Hashut is said to enjoy.
