An Ordinatus Minoris is a colossal siege-crawler of the Mechanicum, a war-machine built around a single, city-killing weapon and fielded alongside the Titan Legions when a foe's defences defy even the god-engines. Each Ordinatus is a unique and revered artefact, its arcane armament—a sonic destructor, a beam of annihilating energy, or worse—capable of levelling fortress walls and crippling Titans in a single stroke.
Ponderous and near-defenceless at close range, an Ordinatus must be screened by the Titans and maniples it supports, but the destruction it delivers justifies any escort. In the great sieges of the Heresy, the appearance of an Ordinatus signalled that a stronghold's hours were numbered, for there was little the ancient engine's weapon could not eventually break. It is the Mechanicum's ultimate expression of the belief that any obstacle can be overcome by sufficient, precisely applied force.
