They carry heartshard glaives whose touch works a transmuting curse — those they strike down stiffen into flawless crimson crystal, monuments the Daughters leave standing as sermons. A phalanx of Blood Sisters does not merely defeat an enemy; it curates them.
Every Melusai began as an aelven soul Morathi carried out of Slaanesh's keeping, reshaped in the Máthcoir into a form the Dark Prince would not recognize and given no memory of the journey. They are the cult's great secret rendered in flesh and scale, which is perhaps why they are trusted with its inner sanctums: guardians who keep the truth without ever being told it. Their loyalty to the Shadow Queen is total, bone-deep, and — unlike almost everything else in the faith — entirely mutual.
