A Slaughter Queen is the highest earthly priestess of the murder-god, a warrior-matriarch who has risen through the cult's bloody hierarchy by proving herself its deadliest killer. To watch her fight is to witness worship made lethal, a dizzying dance of blessed blades that leaves the ground carpeted with the slain, each death an offering laid at the altar of Khaine.
Wreathed in the confidence of one who has never met her equal, a Slaughter Queen leads the cult's temples in their sacred butchery, her every motion honed across a lifetime of ritual murder. Among the Daughters of Khaine she is second only to the Hag Queens and Morathi herself in holy authority, and her presence drives the witch aelves around her to still greater heights of ecstatic violence. There is nothing frenzied in her own killing, however; it is precise, unhurried, and terribly beautiful, the art of a lifetime perfected. She dances through the carnage as though the battlefield were a temple built for her alone, and to her, in truth, it is.
