Loonboss on Mangler Squigs

The Loonboss on Mangler Squigs is a Moonclan warlord who has staked his authority on the most reckless mount imaginable — a pair of enormous, chained cave squigs whipped into a perpetual, bouncing rampage. To ride a Mangler is to lead not by command but by example, for once the squigs begin their careening charge the Loonboss can do little but cling on, brandish his weapons, and trust that his mount carries him into the thickest of the enemy. And carry him it does: the Mangler crashes through ranks like a living wrecking-ball, and the Loonboss lashes down from atop it, laying into any foe the squigs have not already crushed or devoured. Among the Gloomspite Gitz such a warlord commands enormous prestige, for only the boldest — or maddest — of grots would dare mount a Mangler at all, and the sight of a Loonboss surviving atop one inspires the surrounding mobs to fresh heights of capering aggression. He is a warlord who leads from the very front, whether he wills it or not.
