Kroxigor are the great labourers of the Lizardmen, towering brutes of the reptilian castes whose slab-muscled frames dwarf even the largest saurus. In peace they haul the colossal stones of the pyramids and dredge the sacred pools, work that would break a dozen lesser creatures; in war that same raw power is turned upon the enemy through immense war-mauls, mattocks, and blades that fell foes with a single sweep. They are not clever — a handful of skinks always accompany them, chirping and directing, guiding the giants' strength toward the proper targets — but there is little on the battlefield that a Kroxigor's blow will not break. When they wade into a formation the effect is like a rockfall given purpose, ranks scattered and shields splintered, the sheer bulk of them clearing a path through which the saurus pour. Ancient and slow to spawn, each Kroxigor is a treasure of the temple-city that raised it.
