Ylthari is a Branchwych of the Oakenbrow glade whose tale is one of death and stubborn return. Slain defending her wyldwood, her spirit refused the quiet of the underverse, and through the devotion of her loyal guardians and the deep magic of the Sylvaneth she was drawn back into the world of the living to take up her scythe once more. Now she leads a small, fiercely dedicated band of tree-revenants and spites, roving the shadowed places of the realms in search of the lost seeds and stolen relics of her glade. Ylthari fights with the grace of wind through branches, her greenwood scythe reaping foes while she calls upon the songs of the forest to entangle and slow them. Her second life has left her with a solemn, otherworldly calm, as one who has already faced her ending and found it wanting. To her guardians she is a beloved mistress worth any sacrifice, and to her enemies a reminder that among the Sylvaneth, even death is very often only a delay.
