Sealed within the atomantic-powered sarcophagus of a Contemptor chassis, such a warrior continued to serve, his psychic gifts undimmed even as his ruined flesh was sustained by the machine's arcane systems. These interred sorcerers were living repositories of the Legion's knowledge, their counsel sought as eagerly as their firepower, and in battle they wielded both with equal command. The Contemptor's aggressive gait let them stride into the heart of the fighting, wreathing themselves in aetheric power as they went. When Prospero burned, the awakened dreadnoughts of the Fifteenth fought among the last defenders of Tizca, ancient minds that had helped raise the city now labouring in vain to keep it from the flames.
