Mustered from within the Dreadwing, these legionaries embrace a doctrine of annihilation that colder brothers find difficult to stomach, for there is no honour in the deaths they deal, only finality. During the Heresy their willingness to unleash extinction without hesitation made them a weapon of terror as much as slaughter, and enemies who learned the Dreadwing had been committed against them often broke before the first canister ever fell, knowing that surrender would buy them nothing but a slower end.
