The Gorebeast Chariot trades the speed of lighter war-cars for sheer devastating impact, for in place of horses it is drawn by a gorebeast — a hulking, ape-like monstrosity of muscle and malice, goaded to fury by its crew. The beast does not merely pull the chariot; it hurls itself bodily into the foe, pulping bodies beneath its fists and trampling the fallen into the mud.
When a Gorebeast Chariot connects, the shock is tremendous. The creature's charge drives the bladed hull deep into the enemy ranks, and its crew of Chaos Warriors bearing lances and whips spear and hack at anything the gorebeast has not already crushed. Slower to build momentum than a lighter chariot but far more punishing when it lands, it is a favoured tool of warlords who prefer their charges to end in wholesale ruin. The gorebeast fights on in a red haze long after lesser draught-creatures would have bolted, for pain only feeds its rage, and it knows no direction but forward and no purpose but to smash.
