No Inquisitor of the Ordo Xenos hunts alone. Each assembles a retinue of trusted specialists whose combined skills allow them to confront the bewildering variety of alien threats the Imperium faces. Such a warband is as unique as the Inquisitor who commands it, tailored to their methods and the enemies they pursue.
An Ordo Xenos Retinue may include hardened veterans who have faced xenos horrors and lived, expert marksmen and trackers, adepts versed in forbidden alien lore, and warriors bearing rare weapons proven against particular species. Together they form a flexible strike force capable of infiltration, interrogation, and open battle alike.
Bound to their Inquisitor by oaths of loyalty and shared purpose, the retinue extends their master's reach across the battlefield. They secure prisoners, recover xenos artefacts for study, and lay down their lives without hesitation to see the mission done. In the shadow war against the alien, the Ordo Xenos Retinue is the Inquisition's hand made manifest.
