The Tyranthikos Terminators are the immovable heart of the Iron Warriors, veteran legionaries encased in Terminator plate who form the anchor of Perturabo's most desperate defences and most brutal assaults alike. Where the Legion needed a position held to the last or a breach forced against impossible odds, the Tyranthikos were committed, their heavy armour and heavier weapons turning them into a bulwark that no assault could shift.
Drawn from the Legion's most enduring survivors, warriors who had outlasted a hundred sieges through sheer refusal to yield, the Tyranthikos embody the IV Legion's defining virtue: an obstinacy elevated to the level of art. They do not manoeuvre so much as occupy, planting themselves at the decisive point and daring the enemy to try to move them.
