The daemon legions of Slaanesh are seduction and cruelty made flesh, servants of the Prince of Pleasure who pursues every sensation to its uttermost extreme. Slaanesh is the god of excess — of pleasure and pain, art and depravity, longing and perfection — and its daemons embody that terrible appetite in forms of dreadful, alluring grace. They move with a speed and beauty that mortal eyes can scarcely follow, and they kill with the rapt attention of connoisseurs savouring a fine and fleeting thing.
The most numerous are the Daemonettes, lithe and lethal horrors whose slender limbs end in razor claws and whose beauty is a lure to draw the eye an instant before the killing stroke. They ride upon the swift daemonic Steeds of Slaanesh and are led by the towering Keepers of Secrets, greater daemons who embody the god's boundless hunger for every experience the world can offer. A Slaaneshi host strikes with bewildering swiftness and elegance, overwhelming the foe before he can react, delighting in the terror and the ecstasy of the slaughter alike. To fight them is to be enraptured and undone in the same breath.
Daemons of Chaos
Order of battle
The Daemons of Slaanesh field the units of the Daemons of Chaos — a detachment from the roster:
Kindred formations
Other Daemons of Chaos formations
Daemons of KhorneThe martial legions of the Blood God — brazen killers who exist only to slaughter, disdaining sorcery and subtlety and measuring their worth solely in the blood they spill and the skulls they take.
Daemons of NurgleThe horribly cheerful legions of the Plague-Father — bloated, rotting, and swarming with disease, who advance at a slow inexorable shuffle and endure punishment that would banish any other daemon twice over.
Daemons of TzeentchThe alien, ever-shifting legions of the Changer of the Ways — creatures of raw sorcery and impossible colour whose every battle is a single move in a scheme too vast for even the daemons enacting it to grasp.
