Greasus Goldtooth is the single fattest, richest, and most powerful ogre in the world, and he became so without ever needing to be the strongest. Overtyrant of all the Mountains of Mourn, he rules a hundred tribes not by out-fighting their Tyrants but by out-buying, out-scheming, and out-eating them — a merchant-king of appetite who reckons a chest of gold a finer weapon than any club, and has the empire to prove the point.
His true names run to a small avalanche of stolen titles, but the tribes call him Tribestealer for the rivals he has bought out of existence overnight, and Drakecrush for the mountain dragon he is said to have slain by the simple method of sitting on it. Too vast now to walk, he is carried everywhere upon a great palanquin borne by straining slaves, dispensing judgement, extortion, and the occasional crushing blow of his sceptre with equal, unhurried greed.
For all his bulk and bluster, Greasus is no fool; behind the small glittering eyes works a mind as sharp as any Tyrant's cleaver. He wants what every ogre wants — more — and has simply grown better at getting it than any ogre who ever lived. When he marches to war, whole nations are bought, cowed, or eaten, and the mountains empty out behind him.
