Tuskgor Chariot

A crude war-chariot drawn by vicious tuskgors, this beastherd machine smashes into the enemy line in a splintering charge of blades, tusks, and trampling hooves.

The Tuskgor Chariot is the beastmen's answer to the war-machines of civilised foes, a crude but brutally effective contraption of lashed timber and jagged blades drawn by a pair of tuskgors — squat, ill-tempered boar-beasts bred for nothing but goring and trampling. Crewed by bestigors or gors eager for the kill, it exists for the single glorious moment of the charge.

When a Tuskgor Chariot strikes home, the impact is savage. The tuskgors drive their tusks into the enemy ranks while the bladed wheels and hull carve through flesh, and the crew stab and hack at anything the beasts have not already gored. Beastherds field them in packs, sending them careening ahead of the main warherd to shatter shield-walls and sow panic before the infantry arrive. Unsubtle and prone to breaking apart under its own violence, the chariot cares nothing for such concerns; it is built to hit once, catastrophically, and the beasts that draw it are happiest with an enemy skewered on their tusks and the war-song of splintering wood in their ears.
