The Orruk Ardboy Big Boss is a champion risen from the ranks of the Ironjawz Ardboyz through the simplest and most orruky of qualifications: he is bigger, meaner, and better at winning fights than any orruk around him. Clad in heavy scrap-iron plate and hefting a brutal choppa or hacking blade, he leads his mob from the very front of the fighting, roaring encouragement and threats in equal measure and clouting any orruk who lags or hesitates. To the Ironjawz of the Orruk Warclans, authority is a thing of muscle and reputation, and the Big Boss holds his position only so long as he keeps proving himself the hardest orruk in the mob — a truth he cheerfully reaffirms with every enemy skull he caves in. His presence steadies the Ardboyz and drives them to hit harder, for none wishes to look feeble before the boss, and none wishes to face his wrath afterward. He is leadership rendered in its most direct orruk form: lead by being the toughest, and let the choppa settle any dispute.
