The Kruleboyz are what orruk-kind becomes when it climbs down from the brawl and into the swamp. Long-limbed, hunch-backed and cold of eye, they are the children of Mork — the kunnin' half of the twin god — and they hold their bludgeoning Ironjawz cousins in quiet contempt, for anyone can win a fight they announce. They prefer to win one the enemy never knew was happening.
Bred in marsh-realms where everything is venomous and nothing is fair, they wage war as applied cruelty. Their arrows and jagged blades drip swamp-toxins that turn a scratch into a slow death; their beast-handlers loose shrieking hunting-birds to sow panic; their skewer-boyz drag the maimed into the reeds so the survivors must listen. Fear, they teach, does the heaviest killing.
Ruled by scheming Killaboss warlords and the swampcalla shamans who read omens in bile and bone, a Kruleboyz warband treats a battle as a snare to be sprung, not a contest to be entered. They will let a stronger enemy exhaust itself against a decoy, then open its throat from the mist. To the Kruleboyz this is no dishonour — it is simply being kunnin', the one virtue Mork ever asked for.
Orruk Warclans
Order of battle
The Kruleboyz field the units of the Orruk Warclans — a detachment from the roster:
Kindred formations
Other Orruk Warclans formations
Big Waaagh! Not a clan but a convergence — when Ironjawz muscle, Kruleboyz cunning and Bonesplitterz frenzy all pull in the same direction, the Waaagh! swells into a god-touched flood of green energy. Under a leader like Gordrakk, it is the closest thing to Gorkamorka walking the realms again.
BonesplitterzFeral hunters daubed in bone and war-paint who chase the mightiest beasts of the realms to claim the power of their spirits. Armoured in faith rather than iron, they trust the Waaagh! to protect the truly devoted — and charge accordingly.
IronjawzThe biggest and loudest of the orruks — walking siege engines in beaten iron who follow Gork's simple creed of head-on annihilation. An Ironjawz fist on the march sounds like an avalanche learning to keep time, and it stops for exactly nothing.
