The Eviscerator is a chainsword grown monstrous, a two-handed engine of butchery whose great toothed blade snarls and howls as it saws through ceramite, bone, and daemonic ichor with equal ravening hunger. It is too heavy for most mortals to lift, let alone wield, yet in the hands of the zealous it becomes an instrument of holy dismemberment.
The warrior-sisters of the Adepta Sororitas carry it as a sacred relic of martyrdom, their Repentia and preachers driving its screaming teeth into the enemies of the God-Emperor with suicidal fervour. Each swing is a prayer, each severed limb an offering, the weapon's roar mingling with hymnals into a single chorus of righteous slaughter. Priests and frateris zealots across the Imperium wield it likewise.
Because of its immense weight the eviscerator is slow to bring to bear, and its bearer must weather a storm of blows before landing a single stroke. Yet that stroke, when it falls, cleaves through the mightiest foe, gutting Dreadnoughts and greater daemons alike. It is a weapon of faith over caution, of fury over finesse, the physical embodiment of a soul that has cast aside fear in service to a wrathful god.
