Upon the left arm of the resurrected Primarch is sheathed The Hand of Dominion, a power fist of surpassing artifice that has crushed champions of the Long War in its grip. Its disruptive field flares blinding blue as it closes, rending adamantium plate and the ichor-slick hides of daemons with equal contempt.
Set within its gauntlet is a compact storm bolter, so that Roboute Guilliman might scour his foes with mass-reactive fire even as he wades into the press of battle. Where the Primarch's blade the Emperor's Sword parts flesh, the Hand answers with brute, world-breaking force, a fitting weapon for the master strategist of the Space Marines.
During the Indomitus Crusade and the wars that followed, the Hand of Dominion has closed about the throats of Chaos lords and the servants of the Dark Gods without number. When Guilliman raises that fist, the warriors of Ultramar know the killing stroke is come, and the champions of the Chaos Space Marines learn, too late, that even ten millennia entombed have not dulled a Primarch's wrath.
