A masterwork of the gunnery schools of Nuln, it mounts multiple ranked barrels upon a single carriage, capable of unleashing a devastating storm of shot that can shred entire ranks of the enemy in a single thunderous discharge.
When it fires true, the Hellblaster is without equal at close range, cutting down charging cavalry and massed infantry in a hail of lead. Yet the weapon is as dangerous to its crew as to the foe, for its overworked barrels are prone to overheating and catastrophic misfire, and many a gun-crew has been slain by their own creation.
Developed and refined at the Imperial Gunnery School, the Hellblaster embodies the Empire's faith in black powder and ingenuity. Despite its perils, commanders prize it dearly, for few sights so thoroughly break an enemy's nerve as the massed barrels of a Hellblaster levelling toward them.
