A Chaos Spawn of Tzeentch is what becomes of a servant who receives too many of the Changer's blessings, a mortal so saturated with mutation that body and mind alike dissolve into a churning, ever-shifting horror. Once perhaps an ambitious Magister or a favoured Kairic Acolyte of the Disciples of Tzeentch, the wretch was rewarded for its devotion with gift after gift until its flesh could no longer hold a stable shape, and it collapsed into a boneless riot of eyes, mouths, tentacles and things without names. Now it exists only to change, its form boiling from one impossibility to the next with every passing moment, and it lurches into battle as a mindless engine of destruction. There is a terrible irony in the Spawn that is entirely to Tzeentch's taste: it is at once the ultimate reward and the ultimate punishment, proof that the Changer's favour is as ruinous as his wrath. Other followers look upon the Spawn and are spurred to greater devotion — not out of pity, but terror of sharing its fate.
