Thondia is the primordial heart of Ghur, the Realm of Beasts, an ancient continent so saturated with predatory life that the very ground is said to hunger. Its mountains migrate like slumbering titans, its forests stalk their prey, and its rivers run with a will of their own. To dwell here is to be perpetually reminded that in the Realm of Beasts, everything is either predator or meat.

Across Thondia's savage expanse roam the Orruk Warclans, whose brutal migrations and endless Waaagh! wash over the continent like green tides. They thrive where softer peoples perish, revelling in a land that rewards strength and devours weakness, and their war-camps rise and fall with the seasons of slaughter. Few other powers can hold ground against both the greenskins and the ravenous wilds for long.

At Thondia's edge stands the great city of Excelsis, a beacon of order clinging to the coast against the hungry interior, its walls forever tested by the beasts and warbands that press from the wilds. Deeper inland lie the bones of older civilisations, swallowed by the land's endless appetite. Thondia does not forgive ambition or mourn the fallen; it simply consumes, growing ever stronger on the strength of all that dares to challenge it.
